Learn how social media and website usability interact.

This presentation by Dean Westervelt (a senior consultant at Metrics Marketing) will start with a general review of the current state of social media – what it is, where it lives – as well as how to work within social media channels to begin addressing customer experience needs. 

Dean will also touch on the interplay between the measuring and monitoring of social media and how this learning can help optimize web site usability and performance.
