Join us February 25th to meet up with other usability professionals and take part in an informal brainstorm to discuss 2010 initiatives and events. Our discussion will include:

  • Review the wealth of feedback we received from NEOUPA’s 2009 World Usability Day event
  • Discuss and share ideas as we begin planning for this year’s World Usability Day event
  • Review outline of speakers and topics for 2010 monthly events
  • Discuss and share ideas on event locations, collaboration opportunities with other UPA Chapters, speakers, training opportunities, event specifics and much more

In addition, as your time allows, enjoy an exclusive tour of Cleveland’s new state-of-the art user research facility. As recently featured in Crain’s Cleveland Business, MetricsLab is a full-service usability testing and focus group facility offering a high-tech set-up, fun and interactive space, eye tracking and more.

This event is FREE for all, but registration is required in advance as space is limited.

Metrics Marketing is located off Detroit Rd. between Clague and Columbia off I-90.

  • If coming from the East/Downtown, take I-90W towards Toledo to exit 160 for Clague Road (Westlake/Clague Rd). Turn left off the exit onto Clague.
  • Turn right at Detroit Rd/OH-254.
  • Turn right at Westpoint Pkwy, where Metrics Marketing is located at the first building on your right.
  • Park on Corporate Way, which will be the forth driveway on your right and enter at the main entrance.
    • Parking is free.
